Can’t give a zero. Absolute set of cowboys! Been harassing me for years for debt that isn’t anything to do with me. This is despite me providing evidence that this is mistaken identity and them agreeing only to then start hounding me again. I have now raised this with the financial ombudsman as this has obliterated my credit rating. Unbelievable how they can operate like this. Remove my details from your database and find the actual person you’re looking for. Do your job.
