Bad Customer Service

My account had been transferred go Lowell Financial in which they are suppose to honour the same agreement I had with the bank that the account came from but the agent at Lowell Financial was pushing me to make a payment today and wanted me to pay more.When I called back to speak to complaints or to a manager the agent who answered the phone had a complete attitude problem refused to put me through to the complaints department and when I finally spoke to a manager she also had an attitude problem and refused to acknowledge anything wrong.
