This "company" is a criminal organisation specialising in fraud, extortion, and malfeasance. I advise anyone who is paying them to stop! There is a registered complaint against them with the financial ombudsman.They have no legal or lawful right to conduct their "business". No debt is being paid, Lowel are collecting the money for themselves. If you doubt this get the book: The Title is Unimpotant by P Michael Yates. Read it and fight back!Having read their reply; about being regulated by the F.C.A, it was the F.C.A. that referred me to the financial ombudsman after reviewing my evidence. They told me that given the seriousness of the situation an independent investigation is required. Debt collection Agencies ARE criminal organisations. I will leave a review here every time you send illegal demands for money to my address, and of course after the ombudsman SHUTS YOU DOWN!
