I can only speak about my experience dealing with Lowell in the UK and whilst debt collectors are not really lovable entities (!) I have unfortunately dealt with many over the years and I have found Lowell to be the best e.g. they are respectful, do not put ridiculous pressure on you the way some debt collectors do and are very reasonable when looking at someone’s financial situation.They are the model by which debt collectors should operate.
