Recieved a correspondent from this company last October stating I owed them money for debt they bought from a utility company.The male advisor was rude on the phone refusing to provide me information unless I have him my personal details of course I refused due data protection. I asked the male advisor to send me full details of the case to my home address, the guy refused which made think it was a scam. I contacted FCA they advised me to send a burden of proof letter (which basically means the company must prove you owe the debt). Lowell refused to reply but continued to harass me by phone until I issued them with written letter to stop them calling me. The company has still refused to send me details,If you have any concerns relating to this company my advice would be simply keep a pair trail, don't contact or answer their phone calls, don't provide them with any information about you as the burden of proof lay with Lowell not you.
