If I could give less that one star I would. similar as below had proof of financial abuse have had to rehash horrific memories to provide proof to the company. and the fact EE have said the default has nothing to do with them anymore lowell just won't play ball. Given the new legislation to protect vunerable people from this abuse I will be reporting lowell are not in compliance and do not protect vunerable people. given the fact the debt is Also paid and as a result of not removing default im looking forward to being homeless
