Lowell have received a substantial amount of evidence from myself, police and many other agencies, stating that the debts they are reporting are incorrect, the debts were built up by my ex partner, in my name during a domestic violence relationship. Lowell have received all evidence, whilst agreeing with the evidence and closing the accounts, they are still refusing to remove the defaults despite all accepted evidence proving these debts do not belong to me.
