Very disappointed with the service provided by Low Energy Supermarket.
I ordered some loft legs on a Friday lunchtime and paid nearly £12 for next day delivery. I almost immediately got an email from DHL to say they were expecting my parcel. Brilliant, or so I thought. That was as far as it went. It is now Monday and there is still no sign of the parcel being delivered today. I have lost an entire weekends work, which has delayed my plans considerably.
I called customer service to enquire about the delivery but unfortunately this company only works Monday to Friday, which in the modern logistics world seems woefully quaint. I called first thing Monday morning (during the advertised opening hours) only to be answered by a machine saying no-one was available to take my call; they then continued to direct me to the sales email address I had already sent an email to (with no response).
My impression is that this is a 1 or 2 person company pretending to be a larger company capable of providing large company customer service. I would suggest shopping around to find another company for your products.
