If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered clothing through their online platform. After three phone calls and two emails, I was so frustrated with the wait that I lodged a complaint through my payment method, and within 24 hours, I received my refund. Customers should not be promised callbacks regarding order status that never happen, nor should emails go unanswered. I tried for six weeks to resolve this, and the service provided is unacceptable. I will not shop with this company again.
