More than two weeks ago, I placed an order for four items from the company. Today, I received an email stating that the items have been dispatched. I understand it's close to the holiday season, which is why I ordered early, plus the website indicated that these items were in stock! Very disappointing service.
I ordered clothing from the online store on a Sunday, and now it's Wednesday without even a confirmation email regarding my order. I spent a considerable amount, and I expected at least an email with an order number. When I called, the representative asked for the order number, which I didn't have. Their response was dismissive, and frankly, another platform is much faster with order processing.
While the stores are excellent, the online shopping experience is terrible. Their so-called 'warehouse' never seems to have stock available. They can't even fulfill a simple order for a single jumper, and there's a purchase limit for these items all year round.
The company offers fantastic clothing, and using the rewards card is a bonus. My last online purchase was a jacket for my mother and a polo shirt. The staff at the local store are helpful and provide great advice. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!
My partner loves the shirts from this company. Living in New Zealand and unable to visit Australia, I ordered shirts online for Christmas in mid-November. By the end of November, I hadn't received them, so I reached out via email. They had made a small mistake but corrected it quickly. However, after another two weeks, the shirts were still stuck in transit. I contacted them again, and they were very apologetic and reordered for me. Although the original order missed Christmas, it eventually arrived along with the replacements. While the delays were frustrating, their online team was responsive and extremely helpful. I recommend reaching out to them directly if you encounter issues.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered clothing through their online platform. After three phone calls and two emails, I was so frustrated with the wait that I lodged a complaint through my payment method, and within 24 hours, I received my refund. Customers should not be promised callbacks regarding order status that never happen, nor should emails go unanswered. I tried for six weeks to resolve this, and the service provided is unacceptable. I will not shop with this company again.
