Had I known Lowe's didn't have the decency to do the standard business practice of supplying my tracking number in the order shipped email, and would then force me to jump through hoops greater than my bank to not only identify my order in hopes of finding the tracking number but to "verify" my identify, I would have bought at Home Depot instead. All of this for a thirty dollar order. Stricter security than a bank. More opacity than a health facility. I never got my tracking number. Disgusting. First and last time I buy here. Will return this order whenever it arrives out of pure spite.
I REPEAT, THEY REFUSE TO SUPPLY TRACKING NUMBERS. IF YOU TRY TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER ON THE SITE BY LOOKING UP YOUR ORDER, THEY FORCE TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL (NOT A TEXT) AND BE READ A SPECIAL PASS CODE. EVEN IF YOU ENTER THE CORRECT PASS CODE, THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU THE TRACKING NUMBER. ALL YOU ARE FIT TO KNOW IT THAT IT IS SHIPPED. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE? "WHO KNOWS? WHO CARES? WHY DOES IT MATTER? WE HAVE YOUR MONEY ALREADY, WHO CARES WHAT YOU WANT OR NEED OR EVEN WHAT STANDARD BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR ONLINE SHIPPING ARE. : )"
