I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I purchased my ticket back in August for a trip in September. They charged my card the same day. They sent me a link with a confirmation code the morning of my flight. I checked in, added my boarding pass to my wallet, and when I get to the airport and spoke to someone from Jetblue, they told me my flights was cancelled, refunded and reported as fraud. I paid $382, the refund amount was for $357 and it was going to someone named Peter with a card ending in 4 digits that weren’t mine. She also told me tickets were purchased just a few hours prior and that they were purchased using travel points. If you realize, all the good reviews that are left here all mention “great customer service” and they add a random Hispanic name. They’re all Indian, and all scammers. I already started the refund process with my bank because they refuse to answer your calls or emails since they already know who you are before they even pick up. 100000000% scam. Not sure why this site is even still up. You’re better off booking directly through the airline website. I only would’ve “saved” less than $100 anyway. Don’t book through this site.
