One star rating is even too much. I booked, confirmed, received itinerary and when I wasn’t emailed the tickets I called and they said that flight wasn’t available and claimed I wasn’t charged, yet my bank account says differently.
Zero stars if I could. They promised and “half way confirmed” my flight. A few hours later I get multiple calls and emails from them saying my flight hasn’t been confirmed but they can confirm it if I upgrade it.. they are scammers trying to make money. When you say no, they will try to offer you a better “deal”.
Clark Cooper was very helpful with addressing the changes needed for our flights with Alaska. We could not change the dates of travel, so Clark made suggestions that would make our travel a bit easier. I appreciate that he gave us his direct contact information in case of any issues while traveling.
