AWFUL! SCAM! I booked a flight and no more that five minutes later my phone rings with someone saying I couldn’t have the flight I just booked. When I said cancel and refund, he became very rude telling me he couldn’t cancel. I told him it was more than 24 hours from the flight and if I couldn’t have the flights that were booked and confirmed then I needed it refunded and canceled. He became increasingly rude, interrupting everything I was saying, and told me I should’ve just booked on the airline main page. After I told him that wasn’t his business, I booked through his site and now it scan me that they five minutes later to tell me I can’t have the flight I wanted, they need to just refund my money. He ended up arguing with me, finally telling me he would cancel and refund and hung up on me. When I called back, he answered the phone, so maybe it’s just a one-man show, and was rude again. I would rather walk cross country than ever book on this site again
