When I asked to change the date, I was told it wasn't possible, and there was no consideration for our best interests, with protection only starting after a completed snag. I requested the policy to be canceled, but she repeatedly insisted we might get sick or miss out on a better offer, which felt misleading since the provider was offering a month free anyway. It seemed her main concern was securing her commission. I wouldn't recommend this service. Additionally, I had to follow up to cancel the policy as they claimed to be too busy during the holiday season, despite my cancellation request being made on November 18th, well ahead of the start date of December 15th.
