When I requested a change, I was told it wasn't possible, and there was no regard for our best interests, with protection only starting after a completed first snag. I asked to cancel the policy, but she insisted we might get sick or miss a better offer, which felt misleading since a month free was being offered. It seemed her priority was solely her commission. I wouldn’t recommend this service. I also had to follow up to cancel the policy, as they claimed to be too busy during the holidays, despite my request being made on November 18th, well before the start date of December 15th.

Not worth the broker fees

I advise against using them as a broker if you're considering buying a house. The representative had too many clients to follow up on changes during the process, like alterations in bank rules or rate increases. It's more efficient to handle it yourself to avoid wasting the broker fees; treat yourself instead.
