I asked to cancel the policy, but she insisted we might get sick or miss a better offer, which felt misleading since a month free was being offered. It seemed her priority was solely her commission. I wouldn’t recommend this service. I also had to follow up to cancel the policy, as they claimed to be too busy during the holidays, despite my request being made on November 18th, well before the start date of December 15th.
