Unprofessional service. We were very unhappy with our experience utilizing Lowvarates. The company's delays and miscommunication both with us, the buyer and within their own inner circle team, cost us valuable time and loss of money. We worked hard to always provide exactly what was asked within a short time frame to keep our loan approval moving forward and on time. On the day OF our original closing, Lowvarates mistakenly reviewed our loan and added stipulations to our approval that had already been vetted. They also mistakenly added to our debt ratio amount, a previous loan that already been paid off, stating we were suddenly not within approval numbers. This caused not only great emotional stress, but more delays as we had to work to prove their mistake, which we did. On the final day of our actual closing, we were again asked for one last document for said approval. We found this experience to be unprofessional and disconcerting. The positive was that our personal loan officer kept in good contact with us and worked to help get these issues rectified as vest she could, for which we are grateful. We hope that this company looks at their mistakes and learns from them for future clients. The home buying process is stressful enough without so many solvable issues causing such a problem for all parties involved.
