I had a very frustrating experience with the local partner selling the heating control system. I purchased it at a high price, only to find I couldn’t activate it unless I was home. They initially promised to fix it but then wanted to charge a significant fee. Even after their attempts, it still didn’t work. When I raised my concerns, they shut off the entire system. This is concerning, as tampering could violate privacy laws. After this, they have ignored all requests for support. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. There are many better options available for smart home setups.
