The system has impressive features, but there are few qualified installers, and the company is not very helpful in resolving issues. There are integration problems with HVAC equipment, and it's challenging to program scenes (like turning off lights during the night due to presence detection—no success). It might be better to explore systems with better support.
The location is superb. The team is brilliant and takes the time to assist. The training course moves quickly, but the trainers are accommodating in revisiting previous topics. The class ran smoothly, with support available from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. No one expects you to be an expert, and the support is unparalleled. Looking forward to my upcoming installation. I had a very frustrating experience with the local partner selling the heating control system. I purchased it at a high price, only to find I couldn’t activate it unless I was home. They initially promised to fix it but then wanted to charge a significant fee. Even after their attempts, it still didn’t work. When I raised my concerns, they shut off the entire system. This is concerning, as tampering could violate privacy laws. After this, they have ignored all requests for support. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. There are many better options available for smart home setups.
