We have used Loyalty Lion for several years now with our Shopify store and they have been consistently excellent, both in their program and in their customer service. Anytime I have a question or want to tweak something, I can usually do it right in the app easily, but if I can't find the setting, a quick message to support gets a prompt and detailed reply - written by a real human being, and not from a script!I cannot recommend them enough - Our customers love collecting "Pony Points," as we call them, and get excited when they have enough for a reward. At the same time, a lot of rewards go unclaimed, so we get the benefit of our customers being excited without actually paying out all the rewards... Win-win!
