They charged me after my contract ended, and refused to terminate service despite my contract being over. Their loyalty program provided negative returns. In 1 year their loyalty program provided less than half of what we paid for the service in sales attributed to loyalty members. Their integrations with their official partners/integrations are clunky and barely function. Their log-in system can also wreck your ability to use things like Recharge. I wish I'd stayed away and put the money towards anything else.
