We bought loyaltylion product and we wanted to use it for our membership program. However their sales rep sold in a product that was not compatible with what we wanted to use it for, we tried to adjust and manipulate our store to meet their requirement but it just did not work.AND we made a deal with them for multiple stores, however they only connected one store, but charged full price - top of that we could not use the loyltylion as they where not compatible with Recharge and this was confirmed with loyaltylion it was a problem in their end. However they just keep charging you money.If you use Loyalty lion it is a high risk you just getting charged for a product you cant use, when you request refund they just ignore you. It is others who experienced the same, we have now filed dispute with our credit card company and we recommend everyone who experienced this to do the same.
