I’ve been purchasing from Lozuri for an about a year and never had an issue until now. I bought a bag about 2 months ago. Nobody contacted me to let me know that they had issues with shipping until I asked about a mont and half ago. Since then, I’ve been fighting them to refund me the money. So far. Nothing! Their website says refunds are processed within 2-3 days. Do the right thing! And reimburse me my money!
