I’ve been purchasing from Lozuri for an about a year and never had an issue until now. I bought a bag about 2 months ago. Nobody contacted me to let me know that they had issues with shipping until I asked about a mont and half ago. Since then, I’ve been fighting them to refund me the money. So far. Nothing! Their website says refunds are processed within 2-3 days. Do the right thing! And reimburse me my money!

Almost 3 weeks

Almost 3 weeks, never shipped ANYTHING, not refunding the money, even after multiple assurances. This company will scam your money, I will most likely have to chargeback with my card but dont ever deal with this company, they are a SCAM. Will update if I receive my refund ever.

They never shipped and refused to refund

They never shipped my shoes, they told me after a week they would cancel my order and refund me my money. I followed up for 2 weeks about my refund - they are a scam company. I had to do a charge back through my credit card, their Google reviews are misleading.

Beware

I placed an order on Sunday, 13th July, and expected to receive tracking information by the 18th. When no tracking details arrived, I contacted support. They assured me the order was on the way but mentioned they were experiencing issues with their supplier and couldn’t provide a specific delivery timeframe.On 23rd July, I received an email stating that my order was still processing and that I would receive tracking information once it became available. As compensation for the delay, I was credited 4,000 Prestige Points to use on a future order.The next day, on 24th July, I was informed that my order was being cancelled due to ongoing delays. I replied to that email saying I did not want it cancelled, under the impression that it would arrive within a week. After receiving no response, I followed up again on 27th July requesting that they proceed with the cancellation, as it had already been 10 working days with no meaningful update beyond “still processing.”When I didn’t get a reply to that either, I had to use the website’s bot to speak with someone new. I’m now waiting for a refund. In total, this experience has wasted 17 days, and the 4,000 Prestige Points they gave me are useless, as I won’t be ordering from this site again.I’ve also asked about the timeline for the refund but haven’t received a response. To make matters worse, the site has since gone offline, showing a “maintenance” message that’s still there as of now.To anyone considering shopping with them — save yourself the hassle. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.Update: I had to open a case with PayPal, and I finally received my refund after 58 days. If you’re planning to use this site, I strongly advise against it. But if you do, make sure you pay through PayPal and keep records of all your conversations with them as evidence.

Think Twice, Read This.

I placed an order for a jumper at over £1k on 8th June.I waited until June 23rd, but when there was no update on my order and after 2 separate queries from me, they finally decided that the order was not being shipped and cancelled the order on July 1st. I have now, as I write this, waited 40 days and counting for my refund. I have sent 9 where is my refund update e-mails, each of which has been replied to with a nice, friendly, but no update reply. This is an order that was never dispatched, not a return. Please can I have my money back............ I will update this if I get my money back..... To anyone considering, please beware, the site has prides itself on its customer services but my experience has been shocking. As I said I will update this if there is a happy ending but currently I feel like I have lost over 1k of my hard-earned money.

This is the most UNTRUSTED company. Do NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY. ITS A FAKE CIMPANY !!!!!! I ordered a max Mara dress in June and I never got it it was over 900.00$ . And NEVER GIT THE DRESS AND NEVER GOT A REFUND!!!!!!!PLEASE SPEND UR MONEY WISELY

I purchased a pair of shoes 3 months…

I purchased a pair of shoes 3 months ago. they never shipped. When I then asked for a refund I received ridiculous emails assuring me that the refund would be processed. I to this day have not received the refund or the shoes that I ordered. This has been the worst customer service i have ever received. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this site. I am convinced this is a fake seller

Disappointing First and Last Experience

This was my first time ordering from this company—and definitely my last. The price seemed good, but it ended up costing me time, stress, and peace of mind. My order reached the UK, but UPS refuses to release it because the duties and taxes haven’t been paid—contrary to what the company's website suggests.I reached out to customer service beforehand and was reassured, but once the issue arose, they offered only vague excuses about a team in Spain and time zone differences. Over 24 hours later, and they still haven’t contacted UPS to settle the charges. I even offered to pay the fees myself and be refunded afterward, but they wouldn’t agree to that either. It feels like this is a company in the U.S. with disconnected suppliers in Europe. Startups are fine, but misleading customers and failing to resolve basic issues is not. If you decide to order, make sure to use a credit card or PayPal in case you need to dispute the charge. Personally, I’ll be shopping elsewhere—even if it means spending a bit more to avoid this kind of hassle.Update on my last review They reimbursed the duties and taxes, item is new and no fault at all , I loved it. Hopefully they get the duty sorted out with UPS
