I’ve written my experience on here already but my review seems to have been removed. Awful customer service as others have mentioned.Quality of the leather is awful that the front of the bag was badly scratched so sent it back for repair. They did repair the bag some of the damage but still there, which I had accepted. Once the second time when the bag was sent out to me did I check inside the bag as I hadn’t even looked inside or removed the stuffing. It as then I had notice the damage inside so informed the company as they were two large slash marks.I contacted them immediately was told it was out of the 7 days warranty, but under The consumers rights act 2015, I have the right to return as the bag was sold to me as damaged which wasn’t notified to me.I informed the company but they had the right to accuse me of doing it. Disputing this and trying to get money back
