LRM are the BEST OF THE BEST at Customer Service. Not only do they have the most amazing quality handbags, but their customer service is second to none. I have several of their gorgeous handbags, but a clip broke on a favourite one. Thinking that was the end of my handbag, I contacted LRM who promptly sent me a replacement Foc. Thankyou.
