I got my bag right away, but it wasn't the quality I was expecting, so I asked for a return. The process was a little slow, as I had to email someone to ask permission to send it back. All was agreed upon (although begrudgingly on their part), so I went ahead and posted the bag through Royal Mail's tracked delivery service. That was over a month ago. I've still not heard anything or received my refund. I'm deeply concerned, as any email I send bounces back. No one is answering the live chat either. I am not holding out much hope for my money, but I will keep trying, and if all else fails, I'll make an official complaint. This has all the signs of a company on the brink of administration.
