I have bought a few items from this company before and absolutely loved them. I had some Christmas money and have had my eye on one of their tote bags for a while now. I spotted one in their outlet store and immediately put it in my basket but for some reason it would not go in!! I reached out to their customer service team to help and they responded immediately and sorted me out quickly and easily.
