I am waiting for a reply from you on 2 faulty backpacks I returned, which I evidenced with videos and pictures - I’ve been chasing you for a month to resolve this. You don’t reply to emails, instagram messages and there is no phone number. When will I receive a refund for my faulty products? Terrible customer service - you used to be trustworthy, now the products come with broken elastics, zips that don’t close and no refunds or responses.
