Edit refund eventually received 18th JulyHave a number of LRM bags and love them but ordered the leopard heart bag came with gold mark, scratch on bottoms and loose threads where the stitching hasn't been done correctly. Returned 4 weeks ago and after chasing they replied saying nothing wrong with bag and they were returning. I stated I didn't want faulty bag back and asked for refund under consumer act and sent photos of the faults. Now just over four weeks later no bag and no refund and again no response to emails so now having to issue claim against them
