- Said no callout fee, then tried to charge a "cancellation fee" because I didn't want my door 'hacking' to fit a handle that wasn't the right fit for the door. No idea how much said "cancellation fee" was, as I refused there and then. - Called head office to dispute cancellation fee, they hung up - The attending rep would not leave my driveway following the above call. I had to walk away and eventually he went to his car. He sat in his car outside my house until my other half, away from home, called the office and demanded he leave immediately. I was at home on my own with my baby at the time. He spent at least 15 minutes just sat outside my house. - Then messaged me and attempted to re-agree some work - absolutely no chance. 100% scammers. Should have done my research and read the previous reviews. Nightmare!!!!
