I enrolled on a Managing Workplace Bullying and Harassment online course in December 2025, I have been unable to access the course despite numerous attempts for support with my issue. I found them unresponsive to email and Whatsapp, I rang the phone number a few times to inform them of my issue and did not receive a call back.
I finished a Level 7 Occupational Health and Safety Course in July 2025, and now, on December 12th, my certification is still not here. My emails go unanswered, and when I called, I was told they would pass on a message to the team at 9 am—there's no one available to speak with directly. Both my employer and I are anxious that the certification might not arrive. The service has been quite disappointing. The platform is very basic and lacks features; I can't communicate with others in the course, and when I ask for help, it takes days to get a response from someone abroad. Overall, my experience has not been good—compared to a similar course, I wouldn't recommend this option. All I want is for my certification to arrive and to receive confirmation that it will be sent.

As soon as I purchased the course, I was contacted directly via my phone, with instructions and support. It was smooth and efficient setting up online and accessing help if I needed it. I am thoroughly enjoying the course and was also given the opportunity to extend my time. I am most grateful for this flexibility and am excited to finish the certificate.
I researched many online schools before enrolling in a program at LSBR, and as a university professor in Benin, Africa, I am very satisfied with LSBR. It's a leading online school that I find excellent and ideal for achieving the dreams of anyone who aspires to boost their career through professional certifications or top-level degrees. I enrolled in a two-month program three weeks ago, but I still have not received the course materials. I keep calling and am told that the person handling my query will be contacted, yet no one has reached out. I aimed to complete the course by the end of November 2025, and I am extremely dissatisfied.
