Worst online company if you are looking for a refund. I spent fifty pounds on plants that were delivered dead and just thrown into a box. I cried at the sight of them. I was promised a refund but having emailed so many times, and then being sent a screen shot of refund, it still has not arrived in my account. Chased so many times, even emailing owner of company. His reply was that he doesn’t get involved with customers. We are his business, so he should get involved. We are in our late seventies and really upset by this attitude. The plants were going to be gifts. I just want a refund and then use the better online garden companies. Shame on this company for causing distress.
