Easy to navigate website, good prices, the plants were very well packed for transport and delivery was fast. I cannot speak for the quality of the plants as they only just been planted, lets hope they all survive and do well. If so i will for sure be a repeat client.

I've been ordering plants for them for few years now. They come in good health and plants are BIG with well developed root system. They are super well packaged.I am very grateful that places like Lubera exist and that people do their job right.Great-whenever there is issue - it was resolved with their support team. -Lubera is super helpful when giving advice regarding plants they know their craft.Nitckpicks (would be nice if it was better but not critical):-sometimes communication is slow 1-3 days during the peak of the season. To be honest if this doesn't change i am ok with it i'd rather have slower communication coming from competent human than random AI generated letters that resolve nothing.

The delivery was made as promised. The quality of the plants is amazing. We have bought three trees for our balcony for Lubera and they are all very beautiful and healthy and exceeded our expectations and were even the images on the website! Great service, great plants 100% recommended.
