The product is fantastic, but my experience was marred by the delivery method. The item was sent through a private delivery network instead of the postal system. It took several calls to track it down and finally receive it. The excitement of my purchase was diminished by the clumsy delivery. I will continue to shop from this brand, but only in physical stores.
