The product is fantastic, but my experience was marred by the delivery method. The item was sent through a private delivery network instead of the postal system. It took several calls to track it down and finally receive it. The excitement of my purchase was diminished by the clumsy delivery. I will continue to shop from this brand, but only in physical stores.
Hello everyone! I’ve shopped twice on the brand's website. Most recently, I bought a stylish cashmere 2-ply knitted polo. The cashmere polo sweater is incredibly soft and cool. I can't wait to style it in my own way. The packaging was delightful, filled with surprises, including a cashmere brush and personal notes. Thank you for your dedication to your customers. Overall nice but the quality can vary... The cashmere sweater I received pilled heavily while another did not. I would steer clear of their cashmere sweaters, despite the '100% A-grade two-ply cashmere' claim. I also had some pants that were inconsistent, but they were replaced. Seems like a good brand, but quality control needs improvement.
