Terrible customer support. I ordered a jacket, boots, and a sweater. I requested a return label immediately after receiving them and trying them on at home. The boots were uncomfortable, and the jacket didn't fit well. I reached out right away, and the response I received was from a representative who seemed to struggle with English. They asked for pictures of the items, which was unusual but I complied. Most importantly, they stated they couldn't create a return label for the boots. It seems they lack confidence in their products. This issue should be escalated to higher management for proper handling.
