These are first pair of lucent I have owned received three days 2/6/26 and loving them. Everybody whom have seen complement about them. First I every 350. For shoe but will worth it. I brought the Tactical boot Black. Love it.

Terrible customer support. I ordered a jacket, boots, and a sweater. I requested a return label immediately after receiving them and trying them on at home. The boots were uncomfortable, and the jacket didn't fit well. I reached out right away, and the response I received was from a representative who seemed to struggle with English. They asked for pictures of the items, which was unusual but I complied. Most importantly, they stated they couldn't create a return label for the boots. It seems they lack confidence in their products. This issue should be escalated to higher management for proper handling.

The website is very user-friendly. My order shipped promptly, and the packaging was impressive. The boots arrived in a lovely box, and they were nicely wrapped inside. Each boot comes in a quality cloth bag for protection. I researched extensively for a Chelsea-style boot with a zipper and all-leather soles, which is hard to find even in high-end shoe stores. I was thrilled to discover this brand with all-leather soles and couldn't wait to gift them. We chose the model with the zipper, but I also considered another style without it. My partner loves them, particularly because of the all-leather sole!
