I would give zero stars if I could. I rarely leave reviews, but I ordered four items for my son for Christmas on December 1st, and it kept saying 'processing.' It guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I emailed again on December 17th inquiring about the shipment and received a response stating my order was canceled. I wanted the items, not a cancellation. This felt like an automated response. There's no phone number to call. Thankfully, another store had similar items guaranteed for Christmas. I won't order from them again.
