do your research before buying stuff and make sure everything is how you like it before impulse buying

this brand even offers returns/refunds/exchanges unlike all the other ones that are clearly dropshipped

this brand has its own manufacturing site and it takes them 1-2 days to ship my order and took like a week to arrive which is AVERAGE so i don't know what you guys are on about when you say it hasn't come in 2 months

please just educate yourself and maybe you wouldn't have a bad experience

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

Like many others, I would rate this service with zero stars if possible. I placed my order in early December and paid for shipping, but received no updates on my shipment. I reached out via email and phone, but got no response at all. Now, two weeks after Christmas, my order is still pending. I regret not checking previous reviews before choosing this service... it's truly disappointing.

Zero is my rating. Ordered 3 items for Christmas based on them advertising "In time for Christmas". Guess what happened, yep, no packages. All the email communication is done by AI and sucks. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. It's sad when you trust a company to fulfill their promise and they disappoint you. I ordered the three items for my grandson and now he will disappointed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Very disappointed with sizing and support

I ordered four medium shirts, but they all fit like extra small. I reached out within the five-day return window, and after three days, I'm still waiting for a reply. The service and support have been very poor, and I cannot recommend buying from this company.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if I could. I rarely leave reviews, but I ordered four items for my son for Christmas on December 1st, and it kept saying 'processing.' It guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I emailed again on December 17th inquiring about the shipment and received a response stating my order was canceled. I wanted the items, not a cancellation. This felt like an automated response. There's no phone number to call. Thankfully, another store had similar items guaranteed for Christmas. I won't order from them again.

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with

This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with in my life. I ordered an item online, entered my correct address, but for some reason, it pulled up my old address from four years ago. I contacted them immediately after ordering, and I've received no response for three days. I paid extra for delivery, and it still hasn't arrived since December 1. I keep emailing, and the representative I've dealt with has been unhelpful.

They deserve zero stars

They deserve zero stars. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. No phone support, and all email responses seem automated. They create a shipping label and blame the postal service for not picking up their orders. The tracking number indicates the postal service is waiting for the item. Absolutely the worst company! I don't care how nice their clothing is; the stress involved is not worth it.
