They deserve zero stars. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. No phone support, and all email responses seem automated. They create a shipping label and blame the postal service for not picking up their orders. The tracking number indicates the postal service is waiting for the item. Absolutely the worst company! I don't care how nice their clothing is; the stress involved is not worth it.
