I ordered two pairs of sweatpants

I ordered two pairs of sweatpants. When I received my order, I got one of the sweatpants I ordered and a zippered hoody that I did not, in lieu of the second pair. I reached out to the email address provided to resolve the issue and was asked to send a photo of the incorrect item I received; I did just that. I have requested an exchange to correct the wrong, and have not received a response to the four requests I have sent so far. I still have an unfulfilled order which I paid for, and an unwanted item. Customer service does not exist. DO NOT ORDER from this company.
