Make sure you do your research on these types of treatmentsI didn't necessarily have a 'bad' experience, but an experience I think worth noting and a lot of red flags personally. I looked into LE and everyone I spoke to was very lovely, had nothing but a good customer experience. My frustration was around having to wait a month for an official phone/video consultation where they didn't even really address a solution tha would work specifically to my situation and my hair type as video can only do so much. Following up from the video consultation, I received an email regarding my specific treatment and costs which was incredibly high and as I read closer, there were a lot of hidden costs not mentioned over the phone during the consultation. I then went to a hair clinic for a free consultation and second opinion who flat out told me that doing any intralace type system would only further damage my hair and cause long term issues. This clinic does offer somethig similar and would only gain money from me doing this treament with them, but specifically said it's not a good idea. I think it's wonderful that LE has helped so many people and not knocking the business, but do advise anyone looking into this to understand the investment implications and ensure it won't cause long term damage being that the consultation doesn't include a thorough review of the individual's situation.
