Honestly, the communication was lacking. I didn't receive any email confirmation, yet the item was delivered. I was surprised to find it looked nothing more than a printed bell on a shower curtain, which was far from the image shown. I'm very disappointed and I advise others to carefully read the description, as the item is completely different from the advertised picture. Ultimately, it's my own mistake, but the product is subpar and I won't be using it.
