I had a very frustrating experience with this site. I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 9th and received no order confirmation or delivery date. I reached out to the support team but received no response. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through another service. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
Fraudulent service. Charged but no delivery. I placed an order and didn't receive any confirmation or order number, nor any shipping notification. Attempts to contact via email went unanswered. I had to escalate the issue with my bank to get a refund. Caution is advised. The website seems secure, but it is definitely a scam.
I placed an order for a face palette on December 5, 2025, and have not received any tracking details. I've sent two emails without a reply, which is leading me to believe this is a fraudulent company that is heavily promoted on social media.
The delivery was sent to the wrong address. I've attempted to reach out for assistance but have not received any response in over a month. I'm now reaching out to my credit card provider to initiate a chargeback, as I feel this service is essentially fraudulent.
Honestly, the communication was lacking. I didn't receive any email confirmation, yet the item was delivered. I was surprised to find it looked nothing more than a printed bell on a shower curtain, which was far from the image shown. I'm very disappointed and I advise others to carefully read the description, as the item is completely different from the advertised picture. Ultimately, it's my own mistake, but the product is subpar and I won't be using it.
One star because I couldn't choose zero. The items I ordered and paid for were never delivered. The tracking information showed they were delivered by a local delivery office, but we are nowhere near that location! I've received no response from the service, so I'm now pursuing a refund through my credit card provider.
