I set an exclusion some time ago on the site but still received marketing emails. I could log in and deposit, so I thought the exclusion was lifted. Now, I'm unable to withdraw my funds. The support team was completely unhelpful. I just want my money back; I didn’t wager anything. They are supposed to prevent marketing material from reaching self-excluded individuals, but they not only kept sending emails but also allowed deposits while denying withdrawals. I just want my deposit refunded. It's unacceptable to allow deposits and then refuse to return funds.
