I am sharing this review to document my experience so other players can make informed decisions.
I requested withdrawals from LuckyDays.ca that would normally be processed within hours. Instead, my withdrawal requests sat idle for several days without any visible action or in-platform notification explaining the delay.
Only after investigating myself did I discover an email requesting clarification related to a very small Interac deposit of approximately $4 that originated from another bank account I personally own. The only discrepancy was that the secondary account is registered under my initials rather than my full name. No third party was involved, and both accounts are mine.
During this unexplained withdrawal hold, my funds remained accessible in my casino account. As a result of the prolonged delay and lack of timely communication, I ended up continuing to play with the balance and ultimately lost my winnings.
While I understand that verification checks may be required, I found it concerning that withdrawals were effectively frozen for days over such a minor name variation, without clear notice, timely communication, or safeguards to prevent further play during the review period.
This experience highlights the importance of transparency and timely handling of withdrawals, especially when verification issues are minimal and easily clarified. I believe players should be clearly informed when withdrawals are paused and why, so they can make informed decisions about their funds.

I had to chase them for my bonuses. There were suppose too be 5 MEGA spins, after chasing them I got 5 spins at 0.40 with nothing.
