I've been playing with lucky hands for a few months and have spent quite a bit of money with them I've finally gotten up to emerald status then all of sudden my account is blocked from risk department. Risk department is claming that my bank reached out to them and Saud I've reported all my transactions as fraudulent which I have never done. I've sent in what documents I do have and my bank said they never contacted lucky hands so on my end all my transaction that I made are authorized and never reported as fraudulent. I've been waiting a few days and can't get nothing back from risk support so I decided to call lucky hands support and all I get is a sorry excuse of an apology and basically laughed at. I use to love playing here and would like to continue to do so but support isn't all that's its cut up To be I guess once you reach a certain status they just block toyr account. Will change review if my problem is resolved or at least explained.
