AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I signed up on January 21st, placed a bet which won and then tried to withdraw it the following day. One day on from this (Jan 23rd) I got asked to verify my account by providing ID/proof of address, which I did so and finally on Jan 29th I got confirmation of my withdrawal - or so I thought...
After waiting the recommended 4-8 business days (ridiculous itself in this day) I reached out (Feb 12th) to say I had still not received my winnings. They then requested a further bank statement, which I provided, and then the next day received an email saying my withdrawal had been processed - except it hadn't. The Account Number did not match what I had provided them, and was instead using a different Account Number which I had originally given them as my Proof of Address - but regardless the money was in neither account! They then requested that I provide ANOTHER bank statement, this time for a specific date range of their choosing rather than a typical monthly statement.
After providing this on Feb 25th, I had heard nothing more, so chased them up today to see where my money was, only to be told they have withdrawn it to the wrong account AGAIN, and once again the money wasn't showing in that account either!
I am at my wits end going back and forth over email, providing bank statements and dealing with nameless customer service people (they refuse to provide a name or phone number to contact directly) who are all equally useless.
I am in the process of reporting them to the gambling commission, but with the length of process involved I would strongly urge anyone against signing up with these crooks in the first place!
